Repeat prescriptions that have been approved by the doctor can be ordered by giving 48 hours notice at the surgery.
You can order by telephoning the surgery between 10:00 - 16:00, handing in your order slip during surgery hours or posting in your order slip. We ask that you tick the drugs that you require.
Alternatively you can order online via the link at the top of this page. Please note new users are required to complete a simple registration.
Prescriptions can be collected 48 hours after ordering (excluding weekends or public holidays) at The Slamannan Village Pharmacy or from the Surgery if requested.
Home deliveries can be arranged, Please enquire by calling Slamannan Village Pharmacy on 01324 851265.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
